Cluster Fluster - Adjective - A state of complete and utter confusion or agitation.

My boss is flustered by the things we have to do at work. With my co-worker yelling at him too, it's adding a new level of fluster. With all that flustering, he's become a Cluster Fluster.*

*This is also currently happening, and it's hilarious!

I much rather prefer Cluster Fuck!!

It's more abrasive and has a harder sound to it. Cluster fuster sounds like your powting.

We've got 12"s of snow outside and the roads are all a Cluster Fuck!!

Cluster Fuck is the far superior word, but it was just funny watching my boss get all agitated and confused at the same time, hence the fluster part. Then when he only helped by making it worse on himself, it became a cluster fluster. I still think he's a robot though.
