Gamestop

I know a lot of people bash it. But why? It's a typical pawn shop. I've had absolutely no problems with it. I know it may be cheaper to buy stuff at other places. But normally I just trade in old games for what I want. Not that many places do that. Also. They are pretty damn cool. Like when I accidently traded in my SSF4 thinking it was Operation Darkness and got the money for OD (Which was about $15 less than I would have for SSF 4. And then a few days later I came in and told 'em about it. They fixed my problem up right away.

I do not like the because they offer much lower trade in prices compared to amazon.

I've never had a problem with them at all. Everytime i go in my store they pretty much know what I like and make suggestions for me. Plus they always seem to find a way to increase the trade value of my games.

I like them just fine. But their trade in values are kind of crappy.

Gamestop is fine. THe one by my work is GREAT and I will happily spend my cash there!

I like them just fine when it comes to purchasing something. They usually have enough stock even on release day if you haven't pre-ordered.... "portal 2".

they rape you on trade ins. I will never trade another game in just on principal. i still own halo reach, MoH, borderlands, ME1 &2, The Orange box, BC2, Blops, Forza 3, Crysis 2, Rockband 1&2. I'm never trading again.

SOmetimes they rune their trade in specials and I feel like you can get a decent rate. I don;t trade my games it! SOmetimes I enjoy playing older games I have played before. Hell I have been playing my PS2 some. Played the lord of the rings the third age with my wife for a few weeks, and Star Wars Battlefront 2 the last few days.

The only games I ever traded in are the 2 biggest pieces of shit caca poo that have ever raped my wallet.

Halo 3 and MW2.

The only games I have traded in where a 5 wii games my mom gave me after she got rid of her wii. They where ones that nobody in the house was going to play. I think I got 40 bucks from them. I was suprised I got that much but they had one of those deals going on.

The last game i traded in was a while ago... i think it was tiger woods pga tour 11? after owning it for only like 2-3 weeks they gave me $15. Yup never traded a game again.

I don't think I have ever traded in a game once. Just doesn't seem worth it to me, I'd rather be able to go back to my old games if I'm suddenly in the mood to play them again.

I have one right around the corner actually applied for a job there sometime ago, didn't get it. I don't bash it but i don't usually buy things from there unless i need it right away. Oh and for used games i am not talking about recent release used games i mean old games that you can get for cheap.

I did trade in my old xbox and a few things to get my 360 S there. (paid a little over 150 after the trade in.)
