I am confused at the two Medic specs. One reads H+ and it talks about improving range, and the other reads R+ and it talks about healing upgrade. Which does which?

The R+ makes the range bigger by 1.5 (I think). and the H+ makes you heal people faster by 1.5 (I think)

They are worth it if you have a LMG that you like the irons on. When I use the MG36 or XM8 LMG I use both specs and I just rack up points

Since I don't know how to quote yet. What Zillah said. So I wonder if it was a day 1 screw up or an update that they added that the game didn't read fully. Anyway. I can stand irons on almost all the guns. Except for the PP2000 and 9A-91. Now I'm going to stop using LW and use H+ since that's what I thought was more superior to range.

Zilla is right. It just seems that R+ would stand for range, and H+ would stand for healing
