In order of most favorite

ME1

Male: Garrus, Wrex, Joker
Female: Tali

ME2

Male: Garrus, Thane, Joker
Female: Kasumi (Master Thief DLC, shame you can't romance her), Tali, Samara

I'm really looking forward to what they'll be doing in ME3, truly can't wait!

i like Tali, she's adorbs. and though Kaidan was pretty much my only option for romance (unless, you know, i wanted to go the androgynous route) he was kind of a whiny bitch, so, i can't honestly say he's a favorite, i just had nothing better >.>

for ME2 i gotta say, Thane Krios is one sexy lizard/fish/thing. i cannot bring myself to romance anyone else >.>

also, Miranda needs to diaf twice.

I don't like Thane. His mission is boring, his skills are lackluster, and he has those annoying flashback scenes. I couldn't stand to watch those.

Miranda may seem like a bitch, but she's just assertive. I don't like her, but I don't hate her like everyone else.
As for Liara, she's annoying. She's so uncertain and worrisome, it gets on my nerves. She's only really tolerable in the ME2 DLC.
