Some of my new favourite videogame soundtracks.

I know this has been done a billion times, but still, let's do it! Storm told me about Parasite Eve a year ago, or so, which I got to play this winter on an emulator. That game is amazing, as well as it's soundtrack. Another one I've become a fan of, but haven't been able to play, is the first Phoenix Wright. I've played the 2nd and 4th Phoenix Wright games this winter as well (I want the 1st and 3rd), but I think the music from the first game is my favourite overall, though the examination music from the 4th one, and the Cornered/Announce the Truth from the 2002 one are pretty awesome as well.

Here's just some of the music from both of the games (sorry there's so much, but it's all great):

The soundtracks in Valve are godly... no need to post, we all know which ones we like.

This is possibly my favorite of all time.

I love Parasite Eve music.

Nothing can top Okami OST, though.

All game music is great, that's why I love sharing it. Modern videogame music is basically what happened to all classical music and where a lot of the good composers seem to have went.

Sometimes I wish I could sit at the Port Valdez loading screen longer just to listen to this.

I never actually played Parasite Eve, I just remember the awesome opening theme from one of the hundreds of demo discs that PSone had. I love me some Phoenix Wright / Apollo Justice music.

BF1942 theme is amazing! Also, Apollo Justice had some great ones; some of my favourite being Inform the Truth and the Examination music.

Zelda games have the most amazing soundtracks too.

Definitely. Wind Waker was actually one of my favourites, as the mid-boss type music, and the Molgera boss music were amazing, as well as a lot of other themes from that game.

Halo has a great soundtrack too as well; the original being my favourite.
