Im just minding my own business when all of a sudden...I cant connect to any game. All I get "Connection to the game server has been lost. Please check your network connection and try again". No! You check the damn connection and try again. :/

Lo and behold, I called EA and they said servers were under maintenance. He said try it in fifteen minutes, I waited 2 and it worked.

i also work in customer service. i gave the guy a hard time cause he told me to do something that made no sense. otherwise i do try to be nice when i talk to agents on the phone cause i'm on the phones too but in tech support. we are the mean department if you didn't know.
