Trying to fix the slow ass internet speed we have been having.
I first called them got to tech support explained all that had been happening. Dude did a few tests for like 10 minutes then told me that we had a pending order on our account that was supposed to go thru today and so that was what was affecting our speed.
I explained to him we haven't ordered anything at all.
So he transfers me to another dept of their tech support, I get a woman.
I explain to her everything the other guy told me, and she does some research. Several minutes later comes back and tells me that SURPRISE!! She can't find any order!!!
Sends me to the phone line tech support. Guy does more searching and somehow finds nothing wrong on their end. Makes a trouble ticket with another department to send someone out to look at it. Then tells me he found a pending order that might be the cause of it all.
I explain to him we never ordered anything, he agrees thats weird. Does several more tests, and decides the best thing to do is send me to their Order's Dept.
15 minutes of being on hold goes by, get another man(this time someone who spoke CLEAR english!)and asks what is going on. So for the third or 4th time I explain to him again what every other person has said. Everything I say he is agreeing to cause they have all been written down or whatever on his end.
He tells me that he can't even find the supposed order that we placed that 2 people have told me they found, which he said is weird cause he works in the orders dept.
So he transfers me to his supervisor. Hs supervisor who also speaks clear english, is now talking to the people in the circuit department to see if they can change our circuit and see if that fixes anything,
Of course, this whole time I am once again on hold.
