they are powering the rails.

since we are going in both directions, it would need 2 detectors per 1 booster which isnt good value for resources.
so basically ive powered them with redstone torches. it doesnt look as pretty but its cheaper Razz

if you want to replace the torch with 2 detectors either side go ahead, but it has to be both sides or else one side will get slowed down.

yeah, the detectors arent plugged in to the boosters atm.

ill have a proper go-over on the rail system when ive got time, make sure all the boosters are working Smile

Honestly. Its just as fast to walk sometimes...
maybe save the redstone. and build walkways?

I think you need to right click after adding the fuel to make a Powered Cart work.

We shouldnt need any of this as soon as minecart mania is back up and running. Then you just push a cart into a booster and jump in.

yeah you need to right click with coal/fuel to move a powered minecart.

the boosters work fine now, although we need a bunch more on the rail to stalingrad.

All the rails worked fine before minecart mania was off. one booster would get you to stalingrad and two would get you back because of the hill.
