basically, yeah.

i wanna make a 10x10x5 cage out of fences as a SeC PVP arena, but obviously PVP is disabled.
is there any way to enable it for a certain area?

its just that i dont want to use hundreds of fences only to find out PVP is not available at all.

PVP arenas only exist in the capital and Avalon

you can make a spleef arena though, pvp doesnt need to be enabled for that
