[BL2] Game breaking glitch? (Fairly lategame spoilers)

Okay, so I'm on the quest "Where Angels Fear To Tread". I get to the boss fight on the bunker. After about 10 minutes of shooting the hell out of it, I get it down to about 1/5 health. Then, as it's flying around, it hits the front of the bunker and stops moving. It's totally stuck. So I shoot it more until it's health bar depletes, and nothing. I wait around for another 15 minutes to happen, and it just sits there. So I go to the fast travel station and head back to Sanctuary. Quickly restock on ammo, then back to Thousand Cuts. Gotta trek all the way back up, but no big deal. But then one of the massive gates won't open for me. From what I can tell, the quest is broken. And if I can't find a fix, I gotta restart the entire game ._.

Haven't gotten there yet, but I'll be careful with it.

I think the worst part is I don't even know what caused it. Shit sucks :/

Join someone else's game who is on the same quest, and finish it with them. That's probably the only way to "fix" it.

We newver had problems..also I call that like the 60% of the game complete ....

Shit really? I'm gonna assume something happens when I get into the room with Angel, and I have a pretty good idea of what it is. Now that you mention it, I haven't even been to the North Western part of the map yet, so it makes sense. I'll see if any of my friends are near that part.

never had it do that to me...I'm on the last mission right now hell of a good game

The quest Do No Harm doesnt work for me.I googled it and alot of people are having the same problem.Its only a side quest but I heard it sets off a series of quest so I hope it gets fixed soon.
