But the machine guns where incredibly fun especially the C6 (US' equvilent is the m240), just the power and sound and the way it just drops the brass down (we have to clean that shit up after so it is in nice piles already .... no having to look for everything). Also the fact I could see grass being burnt and blown down around the end of the barrel.

The C9 (US's M249 SAW), is also nice, but not as fun.

Grenades are great for the thud and smoke....not big explosions like in games and movies.

But the best thing I experience in the military, is the exercise we had at a range, with arty sims (C4 rigged to blow all over the range to simulate artillery), The Coyote's firing their cannons, the G-wagons firing mounted C6s, the 50 odd C7s firing, 10 C9s and like 3 C6s, and a bunch of m203s. Just everything working together was awesome, especially at night. (It was an exercise practicing static defenses)
