I just was on a Korean news site (therefore it may be Korea only problem), and read this amusing article addressing this unfortunate event that some gamers are experiencing.
It seems like some people who picked up retail disc'd PC version of BO2 actually got a copy of ME2 instead. The cover and disc printing all indicate the game is BO2, but the actual data written on the disc is actually ME2. The only way to tell is to actually enter the disc into the disc drive, and installation pop-up will tell what you have gotten.
It may just be a Korean issue, but these users probably went ape shit about this. Number of LEGAL packaged sale is VERY VERY VERY~~~~~~~~ low in Korea, as piracy is rampant due to reasons too long to describe here, and these gamers got facepalm'd by the Treyarch for supporting the dev by going out and purchasing a legal copy of the game. Most likely many of the gamers, whom probably are still highschool and younger students, probably spent about 3+ months worth of allowance on this game (when gaming is viewed as a social evil in Korea at the moment). Poor kids.
