Yeah that shit sucks man. But it can really fucking suck to work in a shitty enviroment. I usually try to keep my cool and not tell people off unless they really deserve it and offend me personally.

I had a customer call me a "fucking retard" for a minor mistake, i was literally about to just start beating the shit out of this guy.

I work in a fancy grocery store, where rich assholes are pretty common. I find the best way to deal with them is just to pretend like they didn't even say anything rude, and smile back at them more than you normally would.

i work in an environment where my boss is even less tolerant of customer bullshit than i am. when i tell them off and they give me the "oh well let's go talk to your manager" speech, i usually just laugh and say good luck.

Shitty deal dude...I can't tell you the amount of times I've wanted to quit my shit night-shift job. I think about quitting a hell of alot actually...the day I'll be free from that grocery store hell will be a sweet day indeed. I'll probably legit throw a party for the occasion. Razz
