X-COM is so damn good...

Started playing X-COM: Enemy Unknown a couple of days ago. And daaaaamn it's good.

It's also hard... I'm playing in Classic Mode + IronMan. It gets a bit retarded and annoying at times with its RNG, but overall it's very enjoyable.

I've lost like 10 damn soldiers already, barely have any money but I'm building a new uplink to launch 2 satelites.

Yes Its one of my favorite games last year, top5 .

I really liked it...they have some expansion coming out

Fucking mechs

My sniper is a badass, she fucks shit up so hard. I just get her to high ground and everything drops. Got a second sniper, but the poor asshole was wounded for like 15 days and is still level 1 or 2.

I'm scared guys. I don't want my leveled up soldiers to die because the game decides to fail my 95% hit. I seriously missed 4 FUCKING shots to an enemy a couple of hours ago. I lost that mission because shit wouldn't stop spawning and I couldn't activate the trasponders in a train on time.

Thats why Iron ma mode is stupid

Iron Man worked pretty nicely in Expeditions Conquistador...

But then again, your characters don't die if they fall in battle, they get injured. They CAN die if you don't treat their injury, but it's rarely an issue.

I can only imagine that Iron Man Mode in Fire Emblem would make me rage like X-COM, maybe harder. At least X-COM doesn't (that I'm aware of) shove in your face how that one character that fell in battle had his/her hopes and dreams destroyed when s/he was brutally killed in battle X after you saw him/her grow and interact with others. Because you fail as a commander. Your failure brought their downfall and you should feel bad.

Ahem, but yeah, it's kinda late so I'll just keep going with Iron Man. I already lost UK... pussies were mad.
