yeah I guess it's pretty much spam, anyway it smells SO good to me cooking and sizzling. I added the onions way too early and they burned to a rock hard crisp, I guess I'll learn next time lol


I hate mayo on anything now, well...it's ok on a ham sammach but I burned myself out way too bad lol

I actually eat fried balogna with jasmine rice, very yummy indeed, also extremely cost effective (if not terribly unhealthy for you)

It's an Asian thing lol. That type of food is more nostalgic for me since my dad would make it for me when I was a kid.

Also was great since we didn't have a lot of money, $3 of bologna and a cup or two of jasmine rice in the cooker and you've got a meal in less than 20 minutes. Good times good times.

I'm probably about to make another fried bologna sammach...only have 1 slice to make it with this time,lame. I usually use 2 lol. season it with a little season salt mccormick(?) and offbrand onion powder, and it's good Razz
