Now the game just wont launch

The blue bar at the bottom of the screen just says loading level forever and nothing ever happens

Its literally something new every few days with this game.....

I played for the first time yesterday. Piece of shit crashed like 4-5 times in 15 minutes. No game has ever given me this much trouble (other than other BF games I guess).

Holy shit, will DICE ever have a decent launch?

I'm getting destroyed, too. I guess I'm not used to the recoil, plus I don't know the maps.

Soooooo got into a match

Struggled for like 3 games

Next match starts and Im 10-0 and the fucking server crashes

I've not crashed in a very long time now...I don't know man, I don't think I've ever had a game with so many technical issues before. Shit, I don't know what's causing the issues for you.

my internet's been fucked up all weekend, windjammer said lightning struck and blew out their server and they had the whole internet running on a generator...when it claims it's on, it's so slow literally nothing will load

I've been pretty stable lately too. Had a server crash once earlier today and that's it.

PS4 version still crashes mid match every few games, but other than that is running pretty good. The X1 version doesn't seem to crash anymore except between matches which is good.

Both are running much smoother now, no real big issues now. The server browser still doesn't work right for PS4, but seems to be fine for X1.

I think its been few days since I saw any form of crash, whether it be client or server.

And you have to remember that, for sever crash, admins can bitch about it and crash it.

BF4 is the most disappointing BF in recent memory

I haven't had any fun the last two days when Ive been playing. Its just an exercise in frustration most of the time. I dont think Ill ever play this game alone again. Its just not any fun

I could always run solo in past games an have fun, but honestly the only fun Im having alone is playing TDM or defensing on rush.

I still have fun, though I have my raging moments from time to time. It's frustrating as hell though, since it seems like over half the games I get into, the randoms are just terrible. Many times they can barely hold onto a single flag, and I simply cannot imagine people being THAT bad at the game.

I am more angry about my face to face deaths that I should have clearly won, but lost due to ping issues.

I am playing in mostly US servers it seems, when I am running matchmaking for rush. Which in other words, I think I am ok with playing with you guys if chance arises.

Cool, I honestly have not had a single client side crash for the past few days. The patch seems to have solved most of the issues for me.

But DICE did say that there were more bugs that needed to be addressed to fix the game from crashing on others, so who knows.

This is the cost of being able to squad up with your friends. It was pretty much the same way in BC2.

Yea it seems like people have mind reading abilities sometimes.

Ive got a good SPM but my KD is rather lackluster...

I pretty much refuse to play alone. unless one of ya'll are online or one of my IRL friends are online, I won't get into a game alone due to all the idiots.

I spoke too soon, the PS4 version is still having some pretty serious lag/rubberbanding.
Worst of all though is the horrible sound quality and the audio just flat out not working in the PS4 version.

One thing the X1 version has on the PS4 version is definitely sound quality. Maybe console quality as well considering how often the PS4 crashes while the X1 does not.

As for playing alone I have no issues with it.
