Ugh.....I don't have a headset anymore. I broke my TurtleBeach X1's today.

Joined a game with Kitsune and a few others on Hill 187, played a few minutes, went to stand up to readjust myself without realizing the cord to my headset was under my foot, and when I stepped up it ripped it right out.

Now I have no real effort to play video games anymore. Mainly cause my TV is old and its speakers are all jacked. So all the sound comes out cracked and staticey and crap.

Is it bad i read that like a rhyme?

Oh yeah and on top of that I havent been able to use my Touch in 3 days cause my stupid brothers disabled it. And no matter what I do I can't restore it. It tells me to connect it to iTunes, I do, it then tells me I can't do anything with that iPod because its protected by a passcode and I need to enter the Passcode to be able to do anything with the Ipod. But I can't cause its disabled!!

I tried restarting the whole iPod but now my computer isn't even recognising the iPod when I plug it in after I downloaded the whole restarting thing from iTunes.

GOD...I HAAATE iTUNES!!

Damn man; I was lucky enough my friend upgraded to the X11's and bought his old ones. I broke mine playing L4D2, playing VS Mode, because we literally lost in less than 10 seconds somehow, because my teammates were extremely stupid. I threw them at the ground as hard as I could, lol. I'm lucky enough that I've stepped on those damn wires, but never hard enough to pull the wire out.

Got my touch working again. But I had to reset it and delete EVERYTHING. All my bought apps and music and shit. And as you guys know my laptop isn't working so I had nothing to back up my stuff. And cause it's iTunes you have to pay to get all your stuff back if anything happens to it.

God I HAAAAAAAAAATE ITUNES!!!

you can redownload everything once. Just call apple support.

^ This OR when you download on your apple account it should just register that you already bought them and a free update..

Thats the exact way i broke my TBs. I was playing BC2, and my dad came home with food so i got up to go get it and ripped that cord right out.

Mine broke because the stupid cords are effing frail and if they twist a TINY bit it will snap the wires in side (Happened to mah TBs last month, good investment but now I have second thoughts and astros are better but more expensive..)

Sorry to hear that bud. Been there done that, it took me a full year to get new x11s.

Speaking of headsets, have not put mine on for a while...

Just go get one of those new wireless modems so we can play online.

I sometimes use them for fallout, but my girl likes to watch, so usually keep it on the tv. I do use them for nfs though, the sound effects are great in that game.

So I bought X11s today, and I am pissed off. Anytime I plug the USB power thing into anything I get this annoying buzzing noise. It's not really loud but it's loud enough to be really annoying and distracting so I can't play games. This sound happens whenever it's plugged in and no matter what it's plugged into. It even makes that sound when the volume is all the way down.

I've tried unplugging every damn cord around my tv. I've tried plugging it into various differnt USB ports like on my Wii for example. No dice it still makes that damn sound. The sound only happens when the USB plug is in anything. I can still hear the normal sounds from the console but that damn beeping drives me nuts.

So I'm gonna wake up early tomorrow try and get ahold of their support staff and hopefully fix it. If not im returning it after work later tomorrow and gonna try getting another one and see if the problem just lies within the USB portion of the cord. If it still doesn't work I'm getting my money back and gonna orders other set of either as different kind or brand.

Also I'm not getting any option from iTunes or whatever to get any of my old apps or music back on my laptop
