Anyway...

Do you guys think a "rules of recon" sticky is needed at this point. I've been think about writing one up, with some input of course, and since we'll be expecting BF3 soon, do you think it's necessary at this point?

I always enjoy reading peoples guides so I think it would still get read.

BF3 is still a ways away.

Like I said it was a random thought, I don't condsider myself an expert, but I have yet to be smoked,knifed, or any other random act of violence from teammates so I got to be doing something right.

For what it's worth I'd read it for sure. even when bf3 comes out I'll still probably be playing bc2 from time to time.

I think so many people play Recon so many different ways, it's tough to peg a "rules" list. But I'd like to read it as well.

One rule to recons. Be useful. I don't care if you snipe, shotgun, or play the middle ground, just make yourself useful to the team.

its not so much "rules" as it is "how to play recon" type of thing. all the classes are pretty self-explanatory, but everyone can't seem to figure out recon, it's the weirdest thing.
