This should be fun if im without Coca cola for more than 12 hours i usually get Withdrawal symptoms which is always funny in hindsight

I've never had this withdraw you guys speak of. I do drink alot of soda but i have given it up before and never had theese problems. I can't resist it anymore tho i neeed soda no other drink tastes as good.

Frost I went through this about a month ago. I only drink coke when out for dinner or something.

The key is to have something to drink when you want a coke. I have these flavored waters that I drink all day so that really helped. And also dont kick it all at once. Just drink maybe 1 or 2 a day, then
move on to 1 or 2 every few days, then maybe once a week.

I need to drink less soda. But it's either that or tea, and both have caffeine, but tea is better in a way. I asked my dad to buy flavored water when he went to the store, but he didn't.
