I never really thought that I would ever get addicted to coffee, but lately I feel like I have to be drinking it constantly and I crave it all the time. When I wake up in the morning that's the first thing I think about and after I do have it I always feel a huge craving fore more and if I don't get any I'll get a bad headache. I have been drinking 10+ cups a day and I know that it's not good for me. I'm not sure if this is an addiction or something else. So do you guys have any advice?
