There is the possibility that I might be able to switch to TWC and go from 6 Mbps down to 15 Mbps and was just wondering what kind of experiences people have had with Time Warner.(if any)

The upload would stay at 1 Mbps.

i get bouts of choked download speeds
and my hd dvr box doesnt give me sound occasionally.
all very annoying, but its the only thing my apartment complex allows ...

id say 6/10

Overpriced service for shotty picture quality. And I'm getting at least double the amount of channels for Dish Net for half the cost. I also get free HD and BBC on Dish. And it doesn't go out as much as TWC did.
