I think the Bad Company series are the only games with flyable vehicles that I can't fly. I just can't seem to grasp the flying on these games. Frustrates the piss out of me!

Flying just seems so natural to me with BC1 controls.. maybe its because ive always loved playing flight sims and I do remote control planes as a hobby (they're the same axis's, so the skils transfer somewhat)

yeah i forgot that thats actually the best advice. switch to bc1 controls. helps ALOT.

i dont get how people say they're easy too fly

I'm better with the BC2 controls, but I kinda suck anyways so it doesn't really matter a whole lot. I have gotten a lot better at flying the transport choppers, but the attack choppers still elude me.

I think the BC2 controls were a little simplified, but they work quite well. What are the original BC1 controls like anyways?

left stick controls altitude, right stick controls yaw/pitch, right trigger fires missiles.

Really? That seems rather nice, but those controls seem like it would harder to pull off more advanced maneuvers with ease.

I love piloting any of the choppers. I used to have anxiety about jumping in and flying people into a mountain or clipping a tree, but you get over that pretty quick. Now if I see a chopper I do what I can to be the pilot, luckily most people would rather gun so it's surprisingly easy to get the controls.

I must say though, Zi11ah and Terry are monsters behind the chain gun. I'm sure I've seen both of them go 70+ kills while I was flying. It's actually hilarious.

I'm utterly AWFUL at blackhawk gunning.

I can fly the blackhawk pretty well, but not the attack choppers. Id rather gun in any circumstance.

If your in the Blackhawk gun and not miles away then dont zoom in youll get mor ekills

Lol actually yesterday i was in the Apache and the AA gun shot me

My Nose hits the ground i end up upside down and then flip Tail first into the AA gun causing the dude to suicide and fly off like nothing happened Very Happy
