After nothing but problems with windjammer with my internet I'm SOOO done.
It's always a different story.I know more than the "pc guru" guy does....he didn't even know what DNS was.Kept saying it was my router that was the problem lmao,then I keep saying I plug the computer right to the modem and it still won't work.....
They come over and when the internet comes on for 1 min they speed out and leave,then 2 mins after they leave it blows out again....and how convenient they don't work on the weekend...alot of other internet companies I know will come out and fix you on the weekend or anytime I think
They make every excuse in the world that it's not their problem,saying it's both our laptops and both xbox 360's that are broke sayin no internet access......I just had to unplug the modem and router and it'll come on for like 10 mins and be blown out for who knows how long.
I'm gonna try and call ATT tomorrow and get them for DSL service.Only 19.99 a month for 6mb speed.
Anybody else have windjammer?I think they're based in North Carolina or something....seem to be nothing but dow dows that work there.At least when you call them it's somebody in America tho.Not to be mean but I can't understand the Indians and Chinese very well......
The internet was fine at our old place,idk if it's a bad line from the internet people coming to these ghetto apts or what.Well not really ghetto apts themselves but very ghetto people that live here. I shoulda just stayed at my old place,but sucked with no A.C. in this 115 degree weather
