You know, with economy the way it is, people whining about needing jobs, I'm really shocked that you can't find any decent help. I get asked at least once a day by a wide variety of people if we are hiring. Granted, I have no idea if they are good help or not, but at least we have a huge stack to choose from.

Oh I get a decent amout of...carbon copy cannon fodder.
20% don't return after first day.
40% last a month
35% last 3
5% last more than 6

10% of that %5 aren't useless.

Is it super awful to work there or something? I've done work at my buddies gas station, and it's freaking cake work. I'd work there if he'd match my pay, but he won't lol.

We are corporate owned and operate more like a concession stand on a friday night and twilight: QQ moar just came out...except everyone is drunk.
so yeah its not a cake walk. I tell everyonr in the interview that its a real job...
but you can tell by the end of the night if they will be back.
