The most noteworthy things in there to me are the inclusion of the REX and the G36. This game already gets bonus points from me for that alone.

Here comes the hype... they've said for every single game that this will be the best CoD ever. Graphics look good at least.

Am I the only person here that enjoyed Blops?

I never got the hype with the online twitch shooting,horrible servers,maps like a maze.

to each his own I guess if somebody wanted to buy the same thing every year.People do it with Madden anyway >__>

Eh, it's all the rage to hate on CoD. I'll remain skeptical until I play it, but new news is always exciting, imo.

I think it has potential, but i have a feeling its just going to be a gussied up MW2.

Meh.....I remain to be convinced. I did enjoy Blops single player, in fact I've enjoyed every Call Of Duty campaign, but I just don't really care for the multiplayer much any more. Absolutely loved War mode on Call Of Duty 3 (the multiplayer in this deserves far more credit than it gets) and adored the original MW.

I enjoyed MW2 online at first, but got really sick of all the bullshit glitches and shitty tactics. I thought Blops online was a big improvement, but I just kind of feel I'm 'done' with the whole thing. It's Battlefield for me all the way

The graphics in this certainly look nice - especially the gun models - and the lighting looks like it's been improved, but I was really hoping for a new engine. They might have packed some more detail into it, but I've always found these newer CoD games to look really 'fake' - like I'm playing on a film set rather than a real environment.....this one looks like it's going the same way.

I'll reserve judgement until I see more, and I'll certainly still pick it up if it turns out to be a good game - but it's going to have to really go some if it wants to pull me away from Battlefield 3.....

Yup, still not excited for yet another CoD game. Looks good, sounds good, but like all CoD games its bound to turn out to total garbage.

I mean Blops was the only CoD game I could find tolerable, but now even that phase has passed and all the game makes me want to do at times is throw my controller.

The last good CoD was 4. After that, they are boring.

Just noticed the 1887 has Hasta la Vista engraved on it. Cool.

I'll probably end up renting/borrowing it. I'm definitely interested, but not completely convinced yet. BTW, Isn't MW3 being developed by a different team to MW2?

Don't get me wrong they're fun games but each sequel doesn't really have the oomph of new and exciting content to make it worth the price.

I just strongly dislike the game engine cod has always used. Im not a fan of ice skating around, floaty controls. It just doesnt do it for me. I like an engine with "weight". Ala BF or Killzone.

A lot of people complain about BF's "weight". Neither of them are perfect but I hope BF3 makes a happy medium instead of giving you CoD hover shoes.

MW3 is actually being developed by 3 different studios. Infinity Ward, Raven, and some other one that I can't remember.

I doubt I'll be getting this...

CoD4 was a good game, and the proceeding ones were good re-skins of it, but not worth full game price IMO.

I wasn't extremely dissatisfied with MW2 but it got old pretty quick and was kinda frustrating overall.

Not that it matters, I lost interest in CoD once I finished the CoD 4 single player, which was actually pretty good. Hating Activision doesn't help the matter
